I have just returned home after cycling over to Adam's from OC Solutions who replaced my iphone 7 plus screen, On Monday I accidentally had an accident and it popped out of my tripod. I was devastated as I cannot work without my phone. I phoned around a few places locally but no one was working, however my search led from one place to another and I eventually found OC Solutions. I have lived in Braintree many years and have been aware of the shop on Manor STreet, and also a client of mine, recommended them to me, before the lockdown. I am totally over the moon with the quality of my phone and repair. Adam was so efficient and polite. We made arrangements for me to drop my phone off on Wednesday and pick up this morning! Absolutely brilliant service. I will not hesitate in using OC Media Solutions again. 100% recommend them.
